For the first 2 magical hours after your purchase, you can cancel your order for free! No charges at all! After that, our no-return / no-cancel spell takes effect, so please think kawaii thoughts before ordering! (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
About Refunds (We Want to Help!)
We might be able to offer a partial or full refund if there’s a little oopsie! But to help you, we absolutely need a special video from you. It must be:
· An unedited, one-take video from opening your delivery package to unboxing the items.
· Clearly showing the tracking number on the box!
Without this video, it’s very hard for us to fix things because of the mysterious nature of blind boxes! (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ
How to Start a Claim?

Reasons We Can Help With a Refund/Replacement:
· Fake Items: Full refund or a new order! (Please send that video!)
· Missing Accessories/Cards: Refund up to 20% of the figure's price, or maybe a replacement!
· Missing Item: Refund for that item, or maybe a replacement!
· Wrong Item: Refund for the price difference, or maybe a replacement!
· Item Lost Before Your Country: Full refund, or maybe a replacement!
(Replacements depend on if our magical warehouse has the item!)
Reasons We Can't Offer a Refund (We're so sorry!):
· Tiny manufacturing defects (the item's unique charm!)
· Delivery delays (like customs or weather naps ⛈️)
· If the shipping address was wrong (૮ ˶• ﻌ •˶ ა)
· Issues with your local delivery carrier (but we can help you talk to them!)
Damages & Oopsies?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives! If something is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away at info@kawaiiblessings.ae so we can try to make it right! ♡
